Then send a sample to DNA Sequencing to verify authenticity of plasmid.
-- once the plasmid is verified - move it to the regular 'plasmids' box (and but the other half in the top loading freezer in the 'plasmids' box)
-- Update plasmid info on the Google 'Plasmid Concentrations' spreadsheet:
Low copy plasmids need 160 ml of culture per person/midiprep: anything in pNIC-Bsa4
High copy plasmids only need 80 ml of culture per person/midiprep: pGRB22, pGFP, pmCherry, pUC19
